Mike is a Technologist and Informatician who focuses on practical applications of technology and AI to improve outcomes. He specialises in remote management and tackling unsolved technical problems.

To deepen his knowledge, Mike is conducting PhD studies in computer science and explainable artificial intelligence at the University of Auckland. His research focuses on the ethical use of data and machine learning.

He's said to have real prowess on the mini golf course and he can out-manoeuvre almost everyone on the dancefloor – making him our Chief Tango Officer.
