What makes Gap AI different than other AI tools?

Most AI tools give you generic output. The Gap’s AI agents are built on decades of advisory experience. They know what good advisory looks like, and help your whole team deliver better advisory meetings every time.

How is your notetaker different than [Fireflies, Otter, Granola, etc]?

Most notetakers are pretty good at transcribing and summarising meetings, but they’re also generic.

Our notetaker agent, Scribe, is just as capable of doing that, but when paired with our other advisory agents it creates a richer, more detailed record grounded in years of advisory expertise.

Do you integrate with other notetaker tools?

The Gap’s AI Workspace comes with its own in-built notetaking agent, Scribe, but if you already use one you like and are happy with that’s fine too.

We don’t support direct integrations at the moment, but you can copy-paste a transcript from any other notetaker software, paste it into ours, and still take advantage of our advisory agents to create rich, professional deliverables from the meeting.

How is this different from a workflow or practice management tool?

Workflow tools help you manage tasks and track client work. The Gap focuses on the meeting itself,  the preparation, the conversation, and the deliverables that come out of it.

Think of it as what happens at a critical point within the wider workflow.

How is this different from other meeting platforms like Teams or Zoom?

Meeting platforms host the conversation. The Gap’s workspace is built around what the conversation is for – helping advisors prepare, stay focused, and leave with everything they need without extra work.

Do you train your agents with my data?

No, our agents are not trained using your data. We only train our agents using years of our own advisory experience and methodologies. Your data is safe.
