Coaching Programmes

Quarterly Practice Group (COEG)
In this quarterly all-day meeting programme, you'll complete pre-work and suggest topics influencing each session’s focus. We'll review results, identify opportunities, clarify areas for improvement, and receive knowledge and support to grow your advisory services.

Business Planning – half day
A 4–5 hour planning session that reviews goals, identifies growth opportunities and refines processes. An intensive workshop that fosters collaboration, aligns team objectives and creates a roadmap for a sustainable plan for your business.

Organisational Review  - full-day workshop
As an experienced facilitator, I can conduct your practice's organisational review, examining roles, finding improvements and providing unbiased insights. This process usually saves money and time while fostering clarity and enhancing team efficiencies.

Core Values Development
Core values are discovered, not created. This workshop, completed with all team members, helps streamline business decisions and team alignment. The workshop process is one you can quickly emulate with your own clients.

One-on-One Mentoring
I mentor accountants for free through CAANZ and ATAINZ, although you can't choose your own mentor.  If you request mentoring from me, we’ll develop a suitable plan dependent on your goals.
