This programme is most effective following SMART DiSCover Your Potential.
In this 6-month programme, we'll conduct DiSCover Your Potential sessions for up to 10 team members, identify gaps in connection, cooperation, and communication, create strategies to improve well-being and engagement and establish the core foundations for building a high-performing team - ultimately aiming to boost employee engagement.
We'll start with an initial 2-hour online session to determine the core values of your practice. Following this is a 2-3 hour in-person team session to align on the core values and their practical implications. An online follow-up meeting will review the team session and provide the next steps.
